About this pro

I've been teaching various disciplines both professionally and casually for the better part of 40 years and  I've been playing golf for over 50.  So, I decided to marry these two passions.  I've had the priviledge to instruct students on all different facets of golf.  I make sure to keep the lessons relaxed and fun.  I also am able to find a way to communicate effectively with each individual.  There is no "one size fits all" golf swing, just as there is no single effective teaching method.  I work with my students to understand what kind of instruction works best for them.  I focus on what my student wants to accomplish and work with them to reach their goals.  I get great satisfaction when my students tell me how happy they are with the improvements in their golf games.

Bruce was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my swing. He helped me correct the issue. . I was definitely able to drive more comfortably and much further. He helped me use my body instead of my arms.. He helped me use my body instead of my arms to drive the ball

Bruce teaches to you. He improves your existing swing as opposed to making you try to have the “perfect pro” swing. He is encouraging and teaches how to swing with confidence. And works on your whole game both physical and mental. He teaches you how to have a “plan” to score your best and how to hit confidently. My index has dropped 5 points yr over yr due to his lessons. I highly recommend him.

Bruce is just fantastic. He recognized immediately where my misses were coming from and was able to get me in the right position over a series of a few lessons. In the course of a year my handicap has dropped 8 strokes. Highly recommend! Thank you Bruce!

Great instructor, saw results immediately, I definitely recommend him.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Before I begin giving any lessons to a prospective student, I will talk with them to find out their goals and what they want to work on.  I'll assess if I can help them move toward their goals.  Also, the first lesson is a reduced rate so that we can both see if we want to continue working together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Level-3 United States Golf Teachers Federation Certified Golf Teaching Professional.  I am also a member of the World Golf Teachers Federation.
