I have been instructing the game of golf for over 40 years and have travelled the East coast from Maine to Florida giving instruction. My instruction will help the beginning golfer with basic knowledge of Grip, Aim, Stance and Posture with swing philosophies on Face Path and Angle. For the advanced player looking at correcting his/her swing plane along with short game help.
I get the most satisfaction from a student after he/she accomplishes their goal.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After discussing the nneds of the student, we start with the GRIP on the club, Then the AIM of the club face, the STANCE, how to stand and your posture. Once that is accomplished, we start with the swing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Numerous "Teaching Seminars with the PGA of America" and five years working with the John Jacobs Golf Schools, which has 35 locations in the United States.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
On the half hour, it is $50.00 and hourly is $75.00. I also have a series of six lessons, chipping, pitching, putting, sand play and full swing with irons and full swing with metal clubs (Woods). For the series, it is six lessons for the price of five.
How did you get started teaching?
I have learned from the beginning from all the Head Professionals that I was on staff with. The PGA of America has teaching seminars over the winter months, which I have taken advantage of over the years.
What types of students have you worked with?
Juniors, beginning golfers both Men and Women and advanced players.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In 2016, we have a four hour clinic for the "Acme Markets", a food market chain in the Northeast. It was attended by more than 100 students, some beginners and some weekend golfers. We featured a short game clinic on chipping and putting along with a full swing class.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you meet the professional and discuss his teaching ideas, make sure you feel comfortable and see if your time schedule can be met.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What will I be able to accomplish with each lesson. How will I practice after each lesson and what can I look for after my lessons are complete.
