About
I have over 25 years of playing experience on the PGA and Web.com Tours, along with 8 years teaching experience. While playing tournament golf with so many greats has taught me there are many ways to play the game, so I work with what the student has and show them the cause and effect of the problems with a goal of making the swing much more effective. Also, I use video analysis along with Flightscope Launch Monitor Technology which shows the student the problems in a visual learning environment.
I enjoy taking what I have learned from my playing experience on the PGA Tour and sharing that knowledge with golfers of all ages and ablilities. Seeing improvement and the enjoyment a student experiences from the lesson is what makes teaching a success and rewarding.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first ask what the student is wanting to get from the lesson (goals) and how much time they will be able to practice what is taught. I watch a few swings from the student and give them a few my thoughts on what needs to be worked on the most. I use video and launch monitor technology so they can see the problems they may have and we discuss the plan of what we will work on to fix the problem areas in their swing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from over 25 years of playing professionally on the PGA Tour and Web.com Tour, competing against the best players in the world. I also have 8 years of teaching the concepts my father taught me in the early days of junior golf, along with what I have learned in my golfing career over the years on tour.
