About
Matt currently serves as the Director of Instruction at TPC Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. He specializes in competitive player development with a concentration in shortgame. His students compete at every level from junior golf all the way through national level USGA events and the professional tours.
Henderson is a Class A member of the PGA of America and carries advanced certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute, BodiTrak, and FlightScope. Matt came to TPC Las Vegas from The University of Tennessee where he served as the Director of Instruction for the Men’s Golf Team, he has previously worked with Golf Digest Top 5 instructor Dave Pelz in Boca Raton, Florida.
Since 2013, Matt has consistently been ranked among the top five teachers in Nevada by Golf Digest. He has earned multiple PGA honors including the 2013 Teacher of the Year and Player Development Awards. Matt’s first book, Realtime Scoring, is slated to be released in the fall of 2018.
Matt enjoys teaching players of all skill levels, from beginner to TOUR.
