It’s not every skilled dancer that’s capable of teaching others. Yasmine is not only a talented dancer and choreographer but also a phenomenal teacher. I started with her in 2020 and she’s become even greater in her teaching over time. She was already great the first time, I just have some physical hinderances that other dance instructors haven’t been/wanted to be accommodating of so after her initial assessment of me she’s better tailored her lessons to adequately challenge me without causing injury. I greatly enjoy how much I learn in each lesson about every aspect of dance. She goes beyond just training the physical aspect and incorporated the importance of the mental and emotional aspects as well. It’s important in developing as a well rounded dancer and she’s right by your side in helping you get there.

Apurv is a great teacher. My girlfriend and I have been going to him for lessons for 2 months now and we have seen amazing progress already. Apurv made us feel welcome from the first day we met and continues to make each lesson fun and challenging for both of us. He caters to both of our learning styles. Since my girlfriend understands and knows the songs better she does better with the songs. For me, he translates the songs so I can understand why we are doing some steps and breaks the steps down for me to follow along easily.

Mr. Locuratolo made the learning fun and enjoyable. I took classes with Peter on the fundamentals of partner dancing at a New York City studio. He covered everything you’ll need to know in posture, positioning, poise and etiquette which is a huge task to teach a beginner. His instruction opened the doors for me to try all types of dance styles. Peter Locuratolo is a fabulous instructor.
