About
Helping people feel good has always been a passion of mine. Initially I started with the most vulnerable population, children, and have been training various demographics for four years. I love every second of my job; from helping my clients reach their goals, to creating fun workouts and alleviating pain or imbalances.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session is a free consultation.i conduct a functional movement screen and multiple questionnaires to see how we can reach your goals together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree from Rutgers university in Exercise Science. ACSM certified and PNF certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$70 per session for one hour: decreases with purchased packages.
How did you get started teaching?
Started training children at the YMCA and held internships in multiple gyms senior year of college
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask Ask Ask . This person is going to become more familiar with your body than you probably are, so make sure it is the right one for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do you have insurance, any previous incidents, what workout do you use in your clients( trick question)
