I scheduled an online meeting with Chiron Circle of Wellness trainer online because of Covid. I felt sluggish and was gaining weight as I did not move or train as much. We had an online meeting with the lady and she created an online eating plan for me. We also scheduled regular online fitness classes and trained every day. She was able to build an individualized plan for me and trained with me every day to make sure she sees what I do and follow well. I was able to keep in shape and sweat every day from the comfort of my house. I give thumbs up.

I am really happy I hired Chiron Circle of wellness. The trainer used the information I gave ger and created a personalized food and exercise plan for me. We worked together over zoom, and the trainer was able to see my form and adjust me while I was following along with the exercises. I sweated a lot but achieved my weight loss goal and achieved a lower weight than I was in High School. I strongly recommend Chiron Circle.
