25 years spent coaching the sport of gymnastics on both competitive and recreational levels as well as being an elite athlete and performing artist myself has taught me the importance of creating a life that is healthy, fulfilling and empowering. I coach people and guide them to apply principals that lead to this kind of life. I help them to apply Nutrition and wellness practices that transform their lives from living as products of their environment to creating the life and environment to which they desire. Self discipline is key, but it can be a accomplished with a team effort between coach and client.
