I have over a decade of teaching experience teaching mindfulness, yoga, and meditation for stress management and overall health. I love teaching to all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners and use my knowledge to craft a personalized program to fit each students needs. I hold a master's degree in Mind Body Psychology from Columbia, and specialize in using the mind body connection for mental as well as physical wellness.
I love getting to know student's goals for why they are pursuing a meditation or yoga practice and using my expertise to help get them there.

They can be specific (like "I want to stand on my head") or very broad (like "I want to feel less anxious"). This can be super helpful for you and your teacher maximizing your time together.
