Our Meditation program is designed to help one reach their greatest potential. We offer a method of cleansing one's subconscious to find one's true self or nature. The method is very quick, and effective and many members feel the benefits right away. People feel lighter, more youthful, happier, and more at peace with their self. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer one on one guidance to meditation students so we can work on their individual needs and help them overcome any obstacle they may be having in their mind and help them to achieve thier utmost potential
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer a systematic meditation method to let go of all of the stored images in ones mind that have been taken through the five senses since birth.

We offer different membership packages, which are discussed at our free intro session when an appointment is made.
How did you get started teaching?
I started this meditation back when I was in Nursing School. I was about to quit because I was at a very difficult phase in my life. This meditation method truly saved me and helped me to regain my true nature. My whole life and perspective has changed.
What types of students have you worked with?
ages 5 and up, and all ethnicities. We are originally one mind, there is no mind of discrimination here.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Create, play and learn. Community service project our meditation group participated in, to help low income elementary schools.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Finish the meditation program first.
