What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will have short conversation to figure out what a client wants from work out and ask several questions to get to know the client. And design Pilates work out specifically for the client's body.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classical Pilates certificate with 600 hours of practice.
Contemporary Pilates certificate with 400 hours of practice

How did you get started teaching?
I was a dancer passionate about Jazz dance but found Pilates after an injury during a rehearsal. I began learning Pilates movements, and the transition ended up being a notable turning point in my career from dance to Pilates.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a instructor who has properly certified and has a passion to teach what he or she learned.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
If the instructors design client's sessions, it is important how they plan for progressions. You already have the instructor's qualifications so, ask about what they have been achieved in terms of their teaching experiences.
