About this pro

Sessions are only virtual at the moment due to the Covid-19. On Zoom, Skype and FaceTime. First trial session is free. I will assess you and review your issues and goals. I worked for 4 years in a clinic with Physical therapist and chiropractors I adapt to needs and goals of people. Sessions can be an intense work out to get back in shape, or slow and minimalist to make you heal injuries and back pain. Classes are at $50/ 30 min sessions or $100/ 60 min session for private session from anywhere so even if you travel you don't stop the good work. Classes are made to be as close as to in person session. For private I correct all the time the form and give feed back. For group it is the same and group are no more then 4 people at the time. Note that group prices are different and cheaper by person upon request for information. Classes are in English, French and Spanish as well upon request.

I have a dance background, and come from the kane school NY where i certified in Mat and Apparatus in 2008. This school is focused on rehabilitation helping people with injuries.

For me it is the mind and body connection. Also I love to help people reach their goals and change their life

I strongly recommend Florence. I've been taking virtual classes with her for almost 10 years now. Because of her guidance, I've been able to incorporate pilates into my everyday life and I don't get as much back pain as I used to.
