Josh is very knowledgable and tailors workouts to my abilities and goals. He explains the workouts and how they impact the body. He's always ready when I arrive and checks up on me to see how I'm doing/feeling. He has a great personality and is very down to earth. Josh is very encouraging which helps keep me motivated. I like that I am able to schedule my appointments online with him - which also keeps me "on task". Unlike my years of unused gym memberships, I'm actually excited to go and work out with Josh. I appreciate that he responded to my search for a personal trainer. I will likely continue to work with him until I've established a routine of my own and succussfully made the lifestyle adjustment of incorporating excercise into my daily activity.

The motivation he provides. The willingness to adjust a workout if I'm not feeling 100% the pep talks, the overall experience.
