What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I do a consultation to figure out what goals my student has for themselves. After that is established, I explain what I believe is the best route to accomplish them and solidify that game plan into a schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified personal trainer since 2013 and studied nutrition in college. I have been training Kung Fu and Mixed Martial Arts for going on 7 years. I am also a group fitness instructor at the University of Rochester.
