Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I approach each student with patience and understanding. The process starts off with a phone consultation of the students needs, allergies etc. Accordingly, we shall fix the number of lessons required and other details. According to dietary needs, recipes/type of classes will be fixed and details sent via email for approval. Once approved, we shall have fun cooking!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained at the Institute at Culinary Education in New york city and have experience working at a Michelin Star chef Jean George's restaurant kitchen. To me, the most important ingredient is "love" which is key to a fantastic meal. Love of the ingredients and nurturing every step of the cooking process contributes to a flavorful end result.
