I have attended Rajni’s cooking classes. She is not just a cook, she is a culinary artist. She interacts with her students with care and patience. I would recommended her creative cooking classes to those who like to explore exotic cuisines.
I have attended one of Rajni’s group cooking lessons and it was a memorable and truly enjoyable experience. She is friendly and attentive to all the participants and her recipes are both delicious and very easy to learn. I am looking forward to learning more from Rajni in the future!
Rajani is an amazing big cook! Her love for cooking comes through in every dish that she prepares with such care. “Creative” is so right for her and her cooking! Rajani comes up with dishes that are so unique and yet taste great!
I approach each student with patience and understanding. The process starts off with a phone consultation of the students needs, allergies etc. Accordingly, we shall fix the number of lessons required and other details. According to dietary needs, recipes/type of classes will be fixed and details sent via email for approval. Once approved, we shall have fun cooking!
I have trained at the Institute at Culinary Education in New york city and have experience working at a Michelin Star chef Jean George's restaurant kitchen. To me, the most important ingredient is "love" which is key to a fantastic meal. Love of the ingredients and nurturing every step of the cooking process contributes to a flavorful end result.
No. The price varies acording to the students needs.
My friends wanted me to teach the dishes I cook.
Have worked with mostly adults and middle school/high school students as well
Had done a successful cooking class plus a sitdown dinner with wine for 15 people at a professional cooking studio. Great memories and a lot of fun for all customers.
My advice- Firstly- Believe in yourself! Yes-You can do this! Secondly-Please bring an open mind to learn things out of your comfort zone and have a genuine attitude towards learning to cook. Thirdly-Be prepared to wow yourself for the things you cook. It'll be an awesome experience.
