    Naye is a very dedicated trainer who knows and loves what he does. My experience having him as my trainer was amazing he's very flexible with the schedule. He is an amazing motivator and always pushes you and encourages you to be better the workouts he gives are simple yet very effective and when I needed help he would modify some workouts. Overall he is an amazing person to work with.

    Working with Nate has been a life changing experience for me I never met someone that makes you want to challenge yourself. I never felt comfortable with any trainer in the past and I felt like I never knew what I was doing . When I met Nate he listened and invested his time with each of his clients. Nate doesn’t waste time you can tell he’s very passionate about what he does & is passionate with his clients and their fitness goals. Coming all the way from Jersey is so worth the drive and time because I know Nate as my personal trainer believes in me.

    I looooove training with Nate! Nate is my first and ONLY trainer/online coach. I hired him when I was depressed, broke, and around 280lbs. Instead of just asking for my schedule and giving me his pricing rates, Nate took the time to schedule meetings with me over Facetime and coffee at Starbucks to get to know me on a personal level. I was struggling from depression/social anxiety and I never wanted a trainer because I was afraid to speak to people and didn't think any fitness trainer would care enough to hear exactly WHY I was overweight. Nate took the time to understand me and where I was coming from and told me about his weight gaining story. His decision to be more vulnerable with me and showing me that he was once in my shoes, made me BELIEVE that I could not only lose weight but change my life for the better. I come from a family that suffers from Diabetes and I wanted to be the one person that changed that cycle. He gave me advice on apps to use in order to track my daily food intake and not spike my insulin levels, he constantly checked on me via phone to make sure I was staying on track, and he motivated me in the gym while I was working out. Nate didn't only train my body, he trained my mind. I lost over 100 pounds, became so much stronger mentally/physically, and blossomed into this new happy person. I love going to his circuit classes because it's not only about working out. He also gives random motivational speeches that helps me get through the week. Ever since I hired him, things started changing for me in such a positive way. It was almost like he was a little genie in my pocket haha! I booked a Nike commercial, "She's Gotta Have It" Netflix series as an extra, and an upcoming magazine feature! I just became this unstoppable person that I always wanted to be but I never thought I could be. I make it a habit to go to the gym every day now and I'm no longer scared to get bad news from my doctor because I know that my health is 1,000 times better than it used to be. There are so many trainers that come up to me and ask for me to hire them but NONE of them could ever compare to Nate. If you want someone who genuinely cares about YOU and not your wallet, then I recommend that you hire him. He will change your life!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My Typical process working with a new student is

1- Knowing the clients goals

2- Learning past history with the client

3- Seeing if client has any injuries or past injuries 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Movement Science bachelors degree from Delaware State University.  I also have the NASM Personal Training Certification. Im also a Ex-Division 1 football player at Delaware.

If client comes to me and my gym its $110

If i travel to a client( depending how far) its $120

How did you get started teaching?

I got started teaching when i was in high school. Ive always been the captain of my football team in both high school and college. This motivated me to do coaching for a living. My family also suffered from Weight problems so this made me want to Master the body and fitness to help them. 

What types of students have you worked with?

I mainly work with athletes and clients with a goal of fat loss & strength training. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recently did an class event for Reebok in Union Square NYC, where i sold out a class of 50 clients and the money was donated south to those who suffered from the hurricanes in fallof 2017. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

My advice is to find something you can relate too that the teacher has been through before or helped people get through. I lost 100 lbs this past year after suffering a spine injury in football. So my clients I teach on losing weight know i just lost 100 lbs and know I have the right degree and certification on Training. Also my Athelete clients are confident in me because I use to play Division 1 football.
