In Light Yoga and Health is a cozy, sacred space where students practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It is the yoga of awareness.
All ability levels are welcome. Classes consist of pranayama--breath work, Kriya--a series of exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. There is mantra--chanting, and mudra--specific hand positions. Kundalini Yoga will uplift you and give you a sense of expansion!
