In my time as a coach at the college and high school level I have never had a season where a player in my position group has not been named, at least, All-Conference. Players, on teams I've coached, and of personal coaching have improved statistically from one year to the next. I love working with football players and watching their growth. When I see a player do something with ease, that they would not have had the confidence to attempt only weeks earlier I know I have done my job and I take great pride in that....
