We have been teaching about our passion since 1990 . I have always looked for the best horses that are safe and comfortable and horses that help us achieve our goal of teaching excellent horsemanship skills. My instructors are compassionate, safety minded and teach in manner that promotes confidence in the rider.We are very detail oriented and with a solid foundation our students can go on to ride in any discipline they choose.
I love horses. I am passionate about them. I feel so blessed that I have been able to fulfill my dream. I also love people and kids. My husband and I have made so many friends in over 25 years! People we now consider family .

I was really impressed with my instructor. I rode her pony, Benji. My lesson was everything I expected and more. Im looking forward to tomorrows lesson. Im really excited to be back after my few years off from not riding. Youve made that bridge so much easier and a lot of fun.
I have to say that your stables are very clean, well organized, filled with happy horses, a safe atmosphere, appreciated your large indoor arena with a corner seating section for visitors, and a nicely heated viewing room was warm and welcoming. Not only did I have a great experience, I also felt welcomed, comfortable and relaxed before my lesson even started. I have to say kudos to Summerwinds Stables!
