We offer lessons in horsemanship as well as English and Western lessons. We have been doing this for over 25 years and we love what we do. We like to offer many different activities pertaining to writing which helps people become very well-rounded.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We began with a tack lesson where we teach the rider how to groom and saddle the horse. We like to start with a private half hour riding lesson. When the student is comfortable, they can begin riding in a small group.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been writing my whole life and I have been teaching for over 25 years. My instructors I've been riding their whole lives. Some actors instructors have gone to a equestrian colleges while others have been working students and have had years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard pricing system it's on my website WWW.Summerwindstables.com. Please look on our website for more pricing . Our half hour private lesson is $40 and our tack lesson is 10$.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been riding all my life and love sharing my knowledge with students . My teachers have had a lifelong career in riding and make a learning fun and safe .

We love working with horses and students. We are very family oriented and enjoy a wonderful reputation for safety and excellent instruction.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would suggest that you speak to the owner of the barn you're interested in. I also suggest you go out and watch a lesson and see how the horses are taken care of and how the Instructor works with the students .
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
It would be nice to have an idea of what your goals are for your horseback riding and speak with the owner and the instructor about those goals.
