I've quit everything I've known and followed for so many years in the fitness industry. we don't spend hours in a gym lifting and crazy cardio for hours a day. we sure don't follow "meal plans"
we woekout and train smart and leaen what we neex for our bodies , or on line we workout at our home for 26min a day /5days a week
we are the beez and we are confident and love life with with a new mindset that results are found in consistency not restricting your self from having a life
