What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Beginning student : rules of golf, addressing the ball, setup to the ball, proper grip, and beginner swing plane.
Intermediate student: addressing putting, short game, & mid iron and woods play.
Advanced student: Drawing the ball, fading the ball, bunker play, and drilling in on weakness in your swing & parts of your game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
23 years playing experience & years of coaching and training from local club pros in the area. I hit 1,000 balls a day sometimes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
25/hr. I pay for the golf balls on the 1st lesson. After that the student pays for the golf balls at the range.
My goal is to provide you great training and make it enjoyable to learn golf at a great price!
How did you get started teaching?
I've been teaching golf for the last 15 years. I started teaching when I helped a friend of mine with his game, and he went from not breaking 100 to breaking 90 in only 1 year.
What types of students have you worked with?
Children ages 5 and up. Teenagers & adults. All playing ability and all skill levels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Showing a golfer who has played for 10 years how to "hit down" on his irons and take a divot to create spin. It changed his game.
Also last summer I hit my farthest tee-shot at 368 yards.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Dont overpay for golf lessons. If you're just a beginner or starting out, you do not need a PGA pro or Golf Course Club Pro to assist you with learning golf! Someone like myself can offer you plenty of assistance & training at a reasonable price.

How can I help you the most? What do you think is your weakest area of your game do you that you need to improve. What is the best area of your game you love the most?
What part of your swing feels most comfortable and what feels the most awkward to you? It's all about making the sport fun for you!
