About this pro

This is what's waiting for you when you book with Scott. 1. Why you should never try to fix your golf shots, by fixing your golf swing. 2 How to restore your natural timing by focusing on your ball spin. 3.Why you should NEVER think about breaking your golf swing up into mechanical bits and pieces like the show you on YouTube and in magazines. How to use 1 consistent swing for every club (except putter). The 🔑 to becoming a consistent golfer, by unlocking and developing, your natural golf swing ( swing that comes out  when you have no thoughts in your head) How to replace ALL your swing thoughts, ( put your swing on AUTO PILOT) and produce any golf shot you want.. With just ONE THOUGHT. IF I INTERESTED YOU THEN BOOK NOW SLOTS ARE FILLING UP !!!!

I really enjoy the smiles that I receive from young and old on improving their golf swing. I enjoy meeting people of all venues as well, as golf is dramatically improving with the amount of people playing this great game. I really enjoy because people of any age can enjoy this game we call GOLF.

Scott had lots of energy and a positive attitude. I like that he worked with my swing and didn’t try to completely reinvent my whole golf swing. Positive results.

very knowledgeable instructor and was willing to travel to meet with me as my schedule is crazy. I have played regularly for the last 3 years and never could find any consistency. 10 min into the lesson Scott made a few tweaks and had me sending balls farther then I’ve ever hit them before, WITH ACCURACY. I’m looking forward to more lessons with Scott in the future.

Scott is awesome! No nonsense golf tips. Works with your natural swing and makes small adjustments. I gained 20+ yards on irons and 30+ on drive, and have almost completely eliminated a slice problem I’ve had for years. He doesn’t compare you to pros or what they do, and helps find what works for you. Hire this man immediately. You won’t regret it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Golf was invented as a means of relaxation and a way to slow down our fast-paced lives. But everyone has their own reasons for taking up the sport. I want to provide the most efficient instruction possible, I want to know what the student hopes to gain by taking golf lessons.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2017- Certified golf instructor from the National Registry of Professional Golf Instructors.

30 years playing golf

Oklahoma City / Tulsa Division of the Golf Am Tour with 4 wins to date.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Instructor rate = 65.00 per hour.

March Madness Special-- 10-1 hour lessons for 500.00 savings of 150.00 Lets do this!!

Most instruction is taught on the course, I would say 80 % is on course instruction with a minimum of 4 hours, I only charge you for 1 hour, will explain if interested!

Students pay for their own green and cart fees.

Lesson packages available per request, need to contact Scott if interested in a LESSON PACKAGE!!

How did you get started teaching?

I got started teaching golf when I went to visit my niece for her graduation, when I took my nephew golfing that was on the high school golf team, and I showed him more in 4 hours then his currently 2nd year in golf instructor had showed him. He replied " Uncle Scott you should be an instructor, it took off from there. I have assisted many friends as well prior to gettting my certification where they said you should instruct.

What types of students have you worked with?

My students range from 11 years old to 52 years old currently.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am very fond of any Charitable golf events and WOUNDED WARRIORS GOLF EVENTS.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

My advice would be Golf Instruction today is full of personal opinions about the swing, sometimes even very confusing. It makes you question whether there are any definable truths (facts) in golf on which to rely--or whether you really are doomed to visit instructor after instructor until you find a "method" that works for you, and i can do that.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What reason would you think you are taking golf lessons? 1.Exercise 2. Social Golf 3. Competition

Is golf instruction a short term process ? No it is not, Involves a lot of time, effort and patience to achieve this goal.
