About

With over 15 years and a thousand +lessons of teaching/coaching experience, I have honed my skills and techniques to become very easy to understand and help the student improve.

My objective in teaching the game of golf is to help my students improve their skills and develop their abilities. I feel an obligation to show a student how to benefit best from a lesson. The student will not only know how the season will flow , they will also be given reasons for my suggestions and instruction for change. You must explain to them what they ought to be doing, why it is correct, and the results it produces. I approach all of my lessons with this enthusiasm and dedication.

My approach to teaching is to present a complete golf education that is plan based on making the student their own best teacher. I focus on improving what the ball does. What the golf ball does is my best source of diagnosing a golf swing, pitch, bunker shot, chip, or putt. Detailed evaluation of the student’s game allows me to improve the area that suffers the most.

All instruction is tailored to the player’s personal goals, physical abilities/limitations, and knowledge of the game.

I also have a Foresight GC Quad Launch Monitor available during all lessons at no extra charge.

I get extreme gratification when I see my students improve and enjoy the game more and more. My students are the reason I do what I do@

Tucker helped line up better. Pointed out the “v” for my hands and where my hands are vs the ball so I won’t top it toe it or heel it. My contact is much better and golf is a lot more fun!

It is easy to video swings and collect Track Man data. The hard part is really improving swings. Working with Tucker was a pleasure because he did not just collect data. First he asked me what I thought the issue was. Then I hit balls and he watched. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Yes, we did collect data, but, he saw a lot by watching. We found 2/3 issues that were pretty subtle. He then gave me a simple drill to correct first issue and a swing thought to correct the other 2. Everything improved. We finished the one hour session with a review and what he wanted me to work on. He also wanted to see me in a week to monitor progress. Sound simple, it was. But the bottom line was it really helped my swing and I had a plan for my practice. I was impressed by what he caught visually. Making progress in the session and leaving with a plan are important to me. He is excellent to work with.

Had such a great experience working with Tucker, he really knows the game and can break down the golf swing that makes sense to you. Highly recommend Tucker if you are wanting to step up your game and lower those scores.

Tucker is knowledgeable and is able to teach a concept in multiple ways, to reach golfers of differing skill levels. I would definitely recommend Tucker. He’s got an infectious personality to match his teaching and professionalism.
