About this pro

Samantha Meeker is the head instructor at Paradise Hill Equestrian located in Tulsa!  She started riding competitively when she was 7 years old. She was extremely successful competing nationally in both Hunters and Jumpers. She has traveled and worked for many successful grand prix / international riders who have qualified for the FEI World Equestrian Games. She is a very technical rider and very detailed instructor who truly enjoys teaching. Samantha finds teaching her students the foundations of classical dressage prepares them to be confident jumpers and she has successfully moved her riders through the levels safely and efficiently. Samantha has experience with many different types of horses and enjoys helping owners improve their horses by following the famous dressage training scale, and many technical jumping exercises! She currently has a young KWPN Dutch Warmblood who she is training to the grand prix level. Samantha is huge on family, trust and loves competing. She loves bringing kiddos (including her own)along to the shows.

I enjoy not just teaching, but investing in the growth of my students and horses. I challenge but support my team. We have a wonderful family dynamic and we all share a true passion for the sport!

Sam is a fantastic trainer! She teaches new skills in a relatable way. She knows how to motivate and push when needed, but also isn’t afraid to take a step back and let the process work itself out. Each lesson is different so you (and your horse) don’t get bored with the same routine! Sam has helped me gain confidence and has be doing things I didn’t think I was capable of! Can’t recommend her enough!

The very detailed instruction I received from Samantha put me on a clear path to achieving the exciting goals of equestrian riding. She’s helping me to understand the connection between horse and rider that is a very important part of being successful.

Samantha is an amazing teacher and trainer with years of experience! Samantha is professional, attentative to the rider with safety as her first priority. Samantha takes the time during the lesson to really teach the student and to help the student understand the communication between the rider and horse. My daughter has learned and grown so much in the time she has been under Samantha's training. Samanth is not only an amazing teacher and trainer but she is a beautiful experienced rider herself so that gives her the ability to teach at a different level to educate the most beginner rider up to the advanced rider. I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone looks to become a better stronger rider.
