I’m a Spanish teacher at New Albany High School with a master degree in foreign language education with a focus in linguistics. I have been tutoring students of all ages for the past 10 years. Students see significant improvement in writing, speaking (fluency, pronunciation) reading comprehension, and understanding of important grammar concepts.

I lived in Rome, Italy for four years and did graduate work on in Italian while I was there. I have Italian friends who I still talk to and my Italian is not only good but I can teach it, too !

With a background in Science but loving art among other disciplines, my strong desire of going out from my home (Chile) to see with my own eyes the rest of the world was bigger than the pain of missing what I was leaving behind me when far away from home. My first stop was at Spain, and what I learnt from my classmates and friends from countries I never thought I will share years of school together it was priceless. We join our students on their one-of-a-kind language learning journey. We have a system that is targeted to your specific learning needs, timeline, and level. Private, semi-private, and some great lessons are available weekly in our Home Learning Studio. While we instruct in French, Spanish, ESL, and sign language weekly, we are also intimately connected with the Latin community in our area.
