Any time a student athlete replies with “thanks for caring about me,” that really solidifies I went into the right field of work and that any ups and downs are worth watching a kid become the best version of themseleves.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with the athlete's age & fitness experience before crafting a tailored program specifically for them. Usually the first half of the first session will be more of a icebreaker and intros, where we will go through some stretching and light movement drills. I have structured a "4 phase age gauge" following general guidelines for developing my youth athletes. (Note: these are general age recommendations. Not all kids develop at the same pace.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former College/Pro athlete, High school football coach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
BASE PRICE: $60 per session
How did you get started teaching?
I have a passion for seeing the youth succeed and there’s not a better avenue in my opinion to get through to the athletes, than physical activities athlete or not. It is pivotal that kids have a positive role model to follow and I choose to use my platform to be a part of the solution!
What types of students have you worked with?
Athletes and Non-Athletes
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Train with more than one coach so that you don’t limit yourself. But most importantly, train with the one who fits you best. After all most coaches have similar programs for developing athletes but you want to pick the one you look forward to seeing and don’t mind giving 100% of your effort for.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why do i want to train?
What do i want to improve?
Am I coachable?
