About
Mobilitas Golf is the Pacific Northwest’s Premier Golf Instruction. Created by PGA Golf Performance Coach and Mobility Specialist, Blaine Seitz, the Mobilitas Method will unlock your true potential. Learn what restrictions are holding you back from achieving your lowest scores and how you can fix them. Move Better - Play Better
I love that moment when it all clicks in the mind of the player. Typically students come to be expecting to learn how to put the club in the right place during the swing to fix their slice but instead receive a lesson on how their hip mobility is preventing them from properly loading on the backswing. All of a sudden, not only is their driving going longer and straighter, but so is every club in the bag!
It's about making YOU, the player, the best you can be by removing restrictions that hold you back from reaching your fullest potential.
To truly make lasting change, that change must come from the inside out. Move Better - Play Better

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All new students begin with a comprehensive evaluation to determine the best plan to help you reach your goals. This evaluation typically takes 60-90 minutes and includes a personal history, swing evaluation, and movement evaluation. We then determine how best to reach your performance goals and put together a persronalized lesson plan.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you're going to invest the time and money to get better, it's important to make sure the teacher knows how to evaluate more than just your swing. Golf is so much more. They should know how to evaluate your movement patterns and what restrictions you may have that cause restrictions in your performance. Lastly, they should know how to improve your mental performance to play at your highest level.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Most students I see are passionate about improving their game. It always helps to understand that long term improvement takes time, dedication, and a will to truly improve which means making lifestyle changes that breed growth.
