What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with foundation work. Teaching safety, basics and confidence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under a variety of trainers that allows me to offer different methods for teaching to fit each person individually
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $50 for an hour lesson, $70 for an hour an a half lesson, and $90 for a 2 hour lesson.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when I started leasing out my horses and giving lessons to the 4-H and OHSET kids. Teaching lessons was always something I had been excited to expand to doing.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students as young as 6 and all the way up
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have horses fit for your level of riding and their teaching program matches your learning process
