I'm a Certified Golf Teaching Professional with the US Golf Teachers Federation with 19 years experience. I teach beginners through expert level golfers. I also teach all ages of golfers. I am a certified Golf Coach with USKids golf. I give lessons at Liberty Forge golf course driving range in Mechanicsburg, PA. Lessons are supplemented by video analysis. I truly enjoy helping my clients drop ten or more strokes off of their golf handicap. Their excitement at improving and learning new things motivates me. The look of satisfaction on my client's face when they learn to consistently strike their irons "pure" is a pleasure to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will first establish a client's current level of ability with discussions about handicap or normal golf scores plus video analysis of the client's swing and evidence of proper impact using my proprietry "Sno-Board". We will also discuss the client's experiences on the golf course such as too much slicing, distance difficulties, etc. if the client is a beginner, we start at the beginning with grip, stance and ball position for full swings, chips and pitches and putting. If the client does not yet have clubs, I can work with them to advise on clubs to purchase - used or new. I re-grip client's clubs for those who need the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Golf Teaching Professional with the US Golf Teachers Federation. I am also a certified Golf Coach with USKids Golf. I have been certified and have been giving lessons for 18 years. I have an article published in "Golf Pro" magazine about my proprietary "Sno-Board" which gives clients an exact and instantaneous view of their impact with the golf ball (for better or worse). This can give us a great deal of information about any swing faults that may be present.
