About
I offer genuine one on one private training in Lebanon, Pa. This method allows me to specifically focus on the client i am working with. Most personal training services are found at box gyms where the trainer tries to juggle 3-5 clients all at the same time within a 30min time period. I believe my clients deserve better individualized attention.
I train clients according to their interests and needs.
Moon Dragon Fitness offers training in strength, mobility, cardio, Qigong, Meditation and martial arts.
I love watching the positive change I create in my clients. Seeing the improved quality of life and confidence that I bring to my clients is exceedingly rewarding.

Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
black sash in Kung fu
black belt in Hapkido
continued training in classical Kung fu (BaGua, Xing Yi, Tai Chi)
studies in Chinese Philosophy
15 years of training
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$45/hour
How did you get started teaching?
As part of my own martial arts training I was required to teach other practitioners. Further requests to train students in strength and cardio inspired me to become a certified instructor.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have clients ranging from 14 years of age up to 84 years of age. My client roster is a balance of men and women. I have experience in training one on one and in group sessions. I develop programming to meet each clients fitness level.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The student and I can explore where their interests and goals are and develop a private lesson program that best suits their needs.
