Sometimes we just need someone to give us a little push and to hold us accountable for a little while to help get our bodies and lives back on track.
My passion is to help others. I would love to help you reach your next level of fitness. I would love to get you motivated to turn around your routine and create a new and healthy lifestyle for you.
I will work with your diet, eating schedule and your food relationship, meal tracking and of course accountability. We will do regular fitness testing to help you see your progress.
I am looking for motivated individuals who are willing to work for awesome results. It's going to mean more than just showing up.
I am offering 45 min training sessions with meal coaching, measurements and homework.
