Offensive Line Fundamentals And Skills

I played NCAA Division I FCS football for four years at Davidson College as an interior offensive lineman. During my career, I gained over 30 games of playing experience and contributed to one of the nation’s top rushing offenses. I earned multiple All-Pioneer Football League honors at both Center and Guard. With my final year of eligibility, I played at Villanova University, assisting in a 2nd round FCS playoff run. While I haven't held formal coaching positions, I’ve mentored younger athletes and teammates, helping them improve their technique, strength, and performance. I work primarily with youth and high school athletes, tailoring programs to their goals and competition levels. I am well-versed in creating training plans emphasizing proper form and injury prevention. My firsthand experience competing at a high level gives me unique insight into the physical and mental demands of athletics, enabling me to guide athletes toward success.
