Helping student athletes become better versions of themselves is rewarding to me . Ether it be as a strength and performance coach or mentor they are one in the same in my book.
I Believe that all children should have access to good performance training program. To help them succeed at their sport of choice. I have done the best with less and have learned to properly engage young athletes in way to get them to buy in.
The workouts helped me improve my speed, endurance, and strength. It also helped my drive mentally when it came to not giving up on challenges that I go through in life. During the workouts when we were at our peak exhaustion we were able to get the push we needed to accomplish the task at hand.
Coach Haynie, no exaggeration is a life saver. The lessons he’s taught me and characteristics he has instilled in me has played an important part in molded me into the the successful man I am today. Coach Haynie is a great coach but his coaching ability reach far beyond football. I don’t consider him just a “football coach, he’s one of the few who genuinely cares about his players on and off the field. I consider him a life coach .

Coach Haynie has been institutional in my life. He produced results in the weightroom that translated to my sports. But much more than that he taught life lessons during training sessions. Using opportunities as he saw fit to give lessons on “getting comfortable being uncomfortable” in order to find success. Or just take out our aggressions from the day on our workouts.

I have coached High school football for over 15 years . I have also coached football on the juco level and was the owner operator of my own post graduate program.
I worked with adjudicated youth and youth from traditional and non traditional school settings.
