I have been a PGA Member since 1991. I have had the title of Director of Instruction or Teaching Professional for more than 20 years. I am currently the Director of Instruction at Radnor Valley Country Club which is a private Country Club located in Villanova PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.
I conduct private lessons for men, women and juniors of all abilities. I use the V1 Digital Coaching System for video anylasis as well as the Flightscope launch monitor. I have also designed, promoted and conducted Short Game Schools, Ladies Beginner Clinics. Junior Clinics, Junior Golf Camp as well as a Junior Players Camp which is for or Juniors that play competitive golf. I also conduct on course lessons.
During the winter months I offer winter packages. The packages are conducted outside (weather permitting). Otherwise the lessons are conducted i
at our indoor facility. I also
conduct Golf Schools for my Students, Members and/or Guest at the PGA Golf Club in Port. St. Lucie Florida.
Being a PGA Golf Professional has given me the opportunity to travel the Country, play great golf courses as well as meet many wonderful people. For most of my career I have been the Teaching Professional or the Director of Instruction at some great Country Clubs. I love teaching the game of golf. To see someone learn to play or improve and to see how happy they are is the most satisfying moment for me as a Golf Professional.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to talk to my student's at the beginning of the first lesson to find out how long they have been playing, if they have any physical limitations and what their goals and expectations are.

Attended many PGA Instruction seminars that were conducted by many top Instructors including Butch Harmon, Jim Mclean, Jim Hardy, Craig Shankland, David Ledbetter and many more.

How did you get started teaching?
I was fortunate to get a very good assistant position in South Florida and had the opportunity to start teaching early and learn from many top Instructors.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had the opportunity to work with kids, ladies and men that are beginners as well as club champions. I have also been fortunate to work with students with disabilities.
