    My experience with Lance Angel? You tell me. How would you like to triple the weight of your squats and deadlifts and dramatically increase your bench? I am 28, an Army veteran and have been playing sports since i was 8. If you asked me before i hired Lance i would tell you i was in fitness my entire life but i didnt even break the seal on the information and techniques that he had and has to offer. My community and people i know are amazed at the physique i carry around today and didnt even think it was possible with my previous frame but Lance Angel did. 100% top of the line training from knowledge to professionalism. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We do a complete assessment that includes not just the physical body, but a complete lifestyle check, and identify the small but powerful areas we can work toward improving. We also implement different learning styles, coaching styles, and communication preferences to maximize our time during and in-between sessions and super-charge results.

What types of students have you worked with?

In LA, NY, and SF I worked with celebrities and professional athletes. I have also worked in NJ and Philadelphia where I trained professional athletes and local celebrities.

Recently, I have been fully involved in working with people in my community to become the very best version of who they are!
