About
I am 2010 Tri-State PGA teacher of the year .I have taught for 25 years. Each student has their own swing. I believe that people go off the rails when they lose their awareness.. I teach awareness of set up, swing bottom, finish, and swing time or tempo. My preference is to teach the total game and how each phase is related . I use simple swing thoughts and drills and video technology but for students that really succeed, I am more of a guide as they teach themselves proper swing feels and thoughts.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I try to determine what thoughts a person has about their game so that we can clear up misconceptions about the swing and begin to work on productive swing thoughts
