About
I specialize in beginners who have never played before, youth, and high handicaps players. I put all of my effort over the past few years learning everything about simplified information and teaching techniques that are easy to understand and remember
I love bonding with my students and teaching people. It's an amazing to see people improve over time. When someone hits a great shot for the first time, it's the best feeling ever not just for them but for me too

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Beginners:
Basic setup, stance, grip, groove alignment, take away, back swing, swing plane, impact position, and follow through, for driver, woods, irons and wedges. Printed list of many drills and take home instructions included for your practices. Chipping, pitching, and putting on second lesson. I advise going with a minimum of two lessons.

Course management playing lesson:
we will play 9 holes where you will learn different shots to play to lower your scores. Play it safe vs. Risk and reward, basic strategy
Separate pricing, ask for quote. You pick the course as long as it is within reasonable distance from me.

Indoor simulator lessons:
I am the golf instructor at the tee box golf lounge in Ellwood city. We have two simulators where I teach with. It gives us all of the info from distance to spin to swing path and everything else we need to know. This makes it available even on rainy days. Slightly more expensive than a standard lessons but only by about $10
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Golf playing experience (competitive) for 15 years, been playing since I could walk. Taught many lessons including lead instructor for Camp Wayne golf camp coaching 250+ students, Pittsburgh golf expo, First Tee of America, CalU faculty training, and lessons on the side. Winner of the Grand Cypress PGM golf tournament in Orlando FL. Professional golf management student for 3 years, in progress to get my PGA certification. I am specializing in golf instruction with main focus on youth and beginner instruction. I plan on being an NCAA golf coach and recruiter either in South Carolina or Hawaii
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer many lesson types so you can be sure you will get the exact lesson style for you. Prices vary, but an average instructional lesson is around $40-50 dollars. Playing lessons are around $50 for 9 holes. Ongoing lessons such as weekly or monthly will also come at a discounted rate depending on the duration of lessons. I offer a $5 discount for active military, veterans, and current students if they mention the discount.
How did you get started teaching?
I have played golf my whole life. I got into teaching in 2008 for the first tee of america program for kids. I then worked my way to to adults. I have taught over 250 people, from private lessons to clinics. I was told i was a very good teacher so I began studying professional golf management and teaching in college. That's when I knew that I would be a PGA professional teacher someday.
What types of students have you worked with?
Players of all ages and skill levels. Youngest was 5 and the oldest was 85. All skill levels. I would rather work with a high handicap golfer. Its more of a challenge, but I always see results in my students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Establishing my instructional business, and published my first book: ForeverGolf "A christian guide to golf and life"
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who is passionate about the game. Also look for qualifications and experience.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What their game is like now and where would you like to be. Also, rate your four main areas. 1. Driving, 2. Irons and wedges, 3. Chipping and pitching, and 4. Putting.
