We teach horsemanship Hunter/jumpers and basic dressage. schooling shows to rated. We offer lessons to 3years old to adult.I have been riding for 46 years I started when I was 3.I have showed schooling shows to A rated shows since I was young. My mother taught me everything I know about horses.she was an instructor as well. It run in the family. My oldest daughter was in the show ring by the age of 3 showing,walk trot division by herself with her pony. As a teenager she won best rider for two years in her division. On Sundays I offer the beginner advance to hang out at the barn with me all day,they help with the very beginners that are having lessons that day so they can get more experiences working around horses & stable. ( Parents love it I'm like a babysitter) lol!!
I enjoy giving the kids confidence and putting smiles on their face when they achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First lesson we do 1 hour lessons. In that hour you will learn horsemanship,brushing and tacking up.
Lesson will begin on a lunge line working on balance and core muscle teaching proper position and making sure they know how to post the trot and do two point. once I see they have good balance I will let them steer on their own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been riding for 46 years also showing at schooling shows to Rated. I've worked with the best trainers/coaches from rated judges to Grand Prix.
