Experienced equestrian who would love to coach you on some development opportunities in your riding. Emphasis on equitation and biomechanics to help reduce and lessen the risk of injury to horse or rider. Rode competitively in International Dressage shows as a Jr/Yr and adult and evented Rated through Novice. I have been lucky enough to ride and clinic and work for such riders as Belinda Wertman, Lendon Gray, Charles de Kunffy, Mike Plumb, Andrew Fitzpatrick and groom and learn from many others.
I am available for virtual lessons and look forward to the opportunity to take a look at your video and give feedback.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would first like to assess a students riding from warm up to cool down. I would like to see a close up of their tack and apparel to make sure it is all fitting properly. If they can include a little synopsis of what they have done and are working on would be great.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been luck enough to have ridden and worked for some of the top Dressage and Event riders in the business.
My future goals are to get my current horse to competitive 4th level and compete at Dressage at Devon again.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching with my Mom as she is also a very accomplished rider. I love teaching and have taught Archery at a National level as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had a very diverse group of students from kids on their first pony to someone at 80 who wanted to learn to ride. I have coached kids and adults at Regional and National competitions.
