Ridge Meadow Horse Farm

1.Largest horse farm in the entire area of York County, PA. Which teach children and adults aged 4 and up!

2 College educated young instructors who show, do eventing themselves, and show hunter/ jumper.

3. Most importantly we attempt to meet your needs in taking you from beginner through the various levels of English discipline to make the best you can be rather you are a child or an adult!

4. Our instructors look at the experiences they give to you or your child with enthusiasm and constantly try to strive to meet your individual needs in horsemanship.

5 Our offerings include Summer Camps for children ages 7 through 15 also providing for your individual differences by limiting our camps to 12 children. There is also a one night sleep over with night games!

6 We also do hour beginner (at the walk) or more advanced triail rides ( at thentrot/ Canter+ depending on your abilities) on our vast property which must be scheduled at least three days in advance.

7. Birthday Parties also are a big thrill at the farm where children ages 4 through 14 are lead lined in our outdoor arena and you have a large party room capable of holding from 10 through a hundred+ if necessary! Costs for 2+ hours are around $200.00 and you save $$ by bringing your own food,and have free time to decorate beforehand!

We all enjoy your fellowship in meeting our many new riders and their parents and you quickly become one of our farm family members. We also offer family activities during Spring, Summer and Fall such as bon fires again family oriented and family work days especially in the Spring.

Team competition is stressed, if you wish, to become one of our Show Team members once you can W,T, C in our arena and have learned your basic skills.

We have been in operation for the past 25 years and have seen various groups of young students grow into mature riders and some have gone off the colleges and have been members of college show teams etc. while others have become with further traioning riding instructors themselves!
