Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first lesson will help me get an understanding of your skill level, as well as an overview of any body limitations that need to be addressed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been golfing since I was 5 years old. I have had the privilege of playing with some of the best players in the world. But most importantly, I have a huge passion for the game of golf!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$50/session, which is usually 45-60 minutes long. If I have to travel to a student, the price will increase based on distance to travel
How did you get started teaching?
I currently play on various tours around the country (Latin America, Canada, Web.com, Section PGA). Teaching has allowed me to earn income, while still remain competitive at a national level. I am here to pursuit my dream, and if I can help others improve at the same time, that is a huge bonus
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all levels. From juniors, adults, and competitive players
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a person with passion in what they are doing. There is a lot of bad golf teachings out there. Do your research into what kind of instructor you are looking for and make sure you feel comfortable with him/her
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think of your goals to take away from the lesson, as well as long term goals about our time together over the next 10 lessons
