I have been giving golf instruction for the past 3 years. As a current playing professional, my students and I discuss mechanics, strategy, mental game, and other related subjects. My goal is to make the game fun. Golf can be enjoyed without hours upon hours of practice. Many students get better immediately once they understand some basic fundamentals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I try to make their swing work. I don't try to change what's natural. I try to give them some basic fundamentals and let them use their natural ability use that information to learn. Our discussions can be basic or in depth. I have found it's easier for students to learn when they understand what their doing vs me telling them do ABCD.
