Pat is absolutely the best short game and putting coach out there. He has taught our kids for years and we love his enthusiasm and the way he connects with each of them. His teaching of proper wedge play and putting technique are second to none

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Begin with questions about students problems.  Make sure the putter is fit for the player with regards to lie, loft, length and weight.  Analyze the student using the SAM PUTT LAB.  Make suggestions until we fix the path, rotation and aim.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

34 years either fitting or teaching PGA Tour players.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

1st lesson is $ 150 and includes getting the putter fitted properly.  Lesson will last approximately 1.5 hours.  At the end of the lesson we will go to the actual putting green to discuss putting drills the tour players actually use not the one discussed in the trade magazines.

additional lessons are $ 125

How did you get started teaching?

always been an exceptional putter and began caddying for the greatest putter ever Loren Roberts on 1983.  Learning and studying from him as well as the other players that that b came friends.  Multiply by 30+ years and one can gain allot of knowledge.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with the best players in the world as well as many very good junior players.  Six players I currently work with will be moving on to college golf with full scholarships.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

caddyied for Tom Lehman last week at the Vinny, Vince Gill's charity event.  Great working with him to make sure the ball is starting on its desired line.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

come to Nashville.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

1) Have questions ready for your lesson

2) thing about your tendencies prior to your lesson
