Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start by filling out a student profile and when we meet for our frist lesson we discuss the profile and get a better idea of what the student is looking for. The student then will hit some golf balls. Even if they have never played golf before this gives me a better idea of their agility and I can form a plan of improvement. We take some video and then go inside to discuss the plan and where we will start. We work on it inside first so they understand. The key here is that we don't work on 15 things, 2 or 3 at the most. They will soon realize that if we fix the cause the effect will fix. We go back outside and continue working on it but now they can see ball flight. We take some more video and go inside to show before and after. I send them a recap of the lesson to their email and smart phone to foster future improvement. We discuss a practice plan and set up our next session.
