My name is Coach Kincaid, I have coached multiple sports and trained in multiple sports over the past 20+ years. The goal is to allow each individual athlete to grow at your own pace but to maximize their skillset. My goals are to meet the athlete where they are and expand their knowledge of the game and skillset. We set measurable goes and commit to the regiment for a specific period of time.
