I began competing in football, baseball, and wrestling in third grade and continued through SGP Warriors and LHS Vikings becoming a four-year Division I starter (Defensive End). For more than 25 years, I have coached and mentored athletes, including 15 years each in football and baseball, 2 years in lacrosse, and over 25 years in mixed martial arts. My passion for developing athletes comes from my love for the life lessons learned in all sports. I am a speed and strenght trainer as well as a baseball skills trainer.Playing baseball in college and semi-pro baseball with opportunities to play with the White-Sox and LA Doodgers.
