My passion for developing athletes comes from my love for the life lessons learned in all sports. I am a speed and strenght trainer as well as a baseball skills trainer.Playing baseball in college and semi-pro baseball with opportunities to play with the White-Sox and LA Doodgers.

I've coached youth sports for 28 years including football, baseball and basketball. I coached travel ball softball for 10 years winning the world series a few years back in Panama city, also won youth football state championship and was runner up the following year, also coached junior high and high school football and softball.

I am Brian Dillingham I have played baseball as high as the collegiate level and have been training through multiple sports since I was 4 years old.
