I began competing in football, baseball, and wrestling in third grade and continued through SGP Warriors and LHS Vikings becoming a four-year Division I starter (Defensive End). For more than 25 years, I have coached and mentored athletes, including 15 years each in football and baseball, 2 years in lacrosse, and over 25 years in mixed martial arts.
