I grew up on a ranch in Texas, where I learned the value of hard work, discipline, and accountability at an early age. I began competing in football, baseball, and wrestling in third grade and continued through SGP Warriors and LHS Vikings becoming a four-year Division I starter (Defensive End). For more than 25 years, I have coached and mentored athletes, including 15 years each in football and baseball, 2 years in lacrosse, and over 25 years in mixed martial arts. I hold black belts in Tang Soo Do and Hapkido, a trainer sash in Muay Thai, and was a certified MMA coach for 15+ years. I have served in leadership positions with NPPB, CYFFA, GC
