I'd been looking for a private brass instructor for a three months. It was a real learning process. First I chose a teacher because he was a bit cheaper. Well, we paid for what we got. Music lessons are NOT like buying a sack of potatoes! Then I went with the teacher my son liked the most. Since when do children understand qualifications? Then we got smart. We chose the most qualified teacher on the block, in fact, probably anywhere. Tons of experience, fun for my son, and... it's been well worth it! Two years later he is the youngest member of our local youth symphony. Chad benefited exponentially from Mr. Ruback's instruction. You could see and hear the difference from one lesson to the next! I highly recommend Mr. Ruback. He's a wonderful man who takes a sincere interest in our son's happiness and we see tips Chad's learned from tackling musical problems benefit all his other subjects. The best decision we ever made. Glad we took the time to finally get it right. Highest recommendation!
